Nie do wiary, to moj drugi post w tym roku!!
Dzis bedzie... botanicznie:) Quilt, ktory zaczelam w lutym, oczywiscie zostal skonczony, wzor napisany i opublikowany, okazal sie kolejnym bestsellerem, co mnie cieszy i motywuje rzecz jasna :)
Inspiracja byly stare grafiki, na ktore natknelam sie w necie. Zakochalam sie w nich i postanowilam uwiecznic na tkaninie... jako moj hold zlozony Naturze, ktora jest moim zdaniem - najlepsza Artystka. Wybralam tkaniny w subtelnych, "miekkich" odcieniach, mieszajac bawelny drukowane z tkanymi, by uzyskac "efekt tekstury". Uszylam go recznie, recznie wykonalam wszystkie aplikacje, hafty, by wreszcie pikowac go rowniez recznie.
Ten projekt jest ... ponadczasowy a jako wzor moze byc wykorzystany na wiele innych sposobow: mozna wykonac kolekcje poduszek dekoracyjnych, bieznikow, lambrekinow, toreb, saszetek itp.. Mysle, ze zdjecia sa w stanie powiedziec znacznie wiecej ode mnie.

Hello !
It´s my second post in this year, can´t believe it !! Anyway... Today I want to share some photos of my quilt in "botany - subject". I started to sew this quilt in January, it was finished in a few months, then I wrote my PATTERN which became a hit !!!! I´m happy! I am motivated to create even better designs and "put inside" all my heart and positive energy!
This beautiful, wall - hanging quilt was created by me as my personal "thankful" for a Nature, who is the best Artist. Old botanical graphics inspired me to write this pattern and sew this quilt. I chose fabrics in soft pastel shades, mixed of printed and yarn dyed, to get the "texture - effect".It was sewn by hand... Hand appliquéd... Hand embroidered and quilted by hand, too. I think, that this project is just... timeless and as the pattern can be turn out into a beautiful other projects, for example : a pillowcases collection, table runners, lambrequin, handle bags, purses and many, many other. I hope, that those pictures speak more instead of me...
